The following are sample calendars.  Please contact the club to get

information on joining us for a current event.

Cooking Club

Come join us as we cook up a meal that takes five ingredients or fewer to make. These are quick and easy meals for this time of the year when things are so busy! 

Monthly Social

This month we will be doing a costume swap. Please bring any costumes from past years that you would like top swap with other moms.

Fiber Arts Club

Come and join us as we knit, crochet, or any other fiber craft you do! Even if you don’t know how, come learn. Join us for some play time and conversation.

Apple Orchard

Join us for some fall fun! There will be u-pick pumpkins and apples, a petting farm, straw barn, and a maze. This is also set for a time for school-age kids to join in the fun!

Fall Harvest Party

Come join in some fun at our Fall Harvest Party held at an Independent Senior Citizen apartment complex. The residents love having us and joining in on the fun in their community room. There will be crafts, food, and games. We will have a costume parade and the kids will be able to go around table to table and trick-or-treat. Don’t forget to wear your costume!

MOMS Night Out

Come get spooked at this months MOMS Night Out.  After a scary night of frights we will relax at a local restaurant.

Book Club

This month’s selection is Annie Freeman’s Fabulous Traveling Funeral by Kris Radish. Bring the kids for some extra playtime while enjoying some adult conversation.

 

MOMS Club® of Grand Rapids–North, MI

Bike Parade

Time to bring the bikes out of storage! We will be meeting at a local bike path where the kids can ride the winter cobwebs away.

Cooking Club

The theme this month is Mexican, we will be meeting on Cinco de Mayo. 

Annual Garage Sale

Set-up for the Garage Sale will be on Friday from 4:00-8:00pm.  We will start by setting up the racks and tables and everyone can place their priced items out after we have it set-up.  MOMS Club members ONLY can pre-shop the garage sale from 8:00-9:00pm.  The garage sale will be open to the public on Saturday from 8:30-4:00pm. 

Monthly Social

Join us as we celebrate Mothers Day this month.  We are having a special potluck brunch.

MOMS Night Out

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make jewelry? Well here is your chance! Two of our own members will show you how to make a couple of simple pieces. The cost (to cover materials) will depend on the project you choose to make– ranging from $3-$5. 

Pretzel Fun

Event includes dough for each child to roll out their own pretzel, and a goodie bag. 

Park Day

Join us for fun at the park.  Bring a lunch and stay for a picnic. 

Book Club

This month we are reading The Mercy of Thin Air by Ronlyn Domingue.  All are welcome to join in this months discussion. 

Zoo

Come and see the animals at the zoo! We will meet at the zoo entrance at 1:00pm.
